Learning to love myself as I am means trusting my natural expression of self and owning my own gifts. “Living a Life that Matters” made space for an Alter Ego event to reclaim previously repressed and denied aspects of ourselves. Loving myself as I am means loving all of me - even the ugly selfish parts
My big fear is that I'm not and won't ever be able to accept myself as I am, right now - which is the goal. Acceptance. Allowing.
Accepting myself exactly as I am. Allowing myself to be exactly as I am, right now. In all my fears and flaws and beautiful foibles. Exactly as I am.
In my early twenties I had a mystical experience that changed my life.
